A conference of Eritrean justice seekers titled ‘Mothers’ initiative to save people and country’ was held in Frankfurt, Germany from 23 to 25 August.
Organizers of the conference told Radio Erena that the aim of the initiative is to put pressure on the PFDJ government that has been the cause of Eritrean migration and to bridge the gaps between Eritrean opposition groups.
Papers on migration and refugees, equality, forgiveness and reconciliation were presented at the conference.
The hundreds of participating Diaspora Eritreans discussed in detail the issues raised at the conference.
The conference ‘Mothers’ initiative to save country and people’ was launched and closed in prayer guided by religious leaders.
