ኣብቲ ትማሊ ቀዳም 3 ጥቂምቲ 2020፣ ኣብ ደቡብ ሱዳን ከተማ ጁባ፣ ዝተኸተመ ስምምዕ ሰላም፣ መራሕቲ ሃገራት ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃን ካልኦት ዕዱማት ሰበ ስልጣንን ተረኺቦም።
ገለ ካብቶም ዝተረኽቡ ዕዱማት፣ ፕረዚደንት ሶማል መሓመድ ዓብዱላሂ መሓመድ፣ ፕረዚደንት ጂቡቲ እስማዒል ዑመር ገለ፣ ፕረዚደንት ኢትዮጵያ፣ ወይዘሮ ሳህለ-ወርቂ ዘውደ፣ ፕረዚደንት ቻድ፣ እድሪስ ደቢ፣ ፕረዚደንት ደቡብ ሱዳን፣ ሳልቫኪር ሚያርዲት፣ ቀዳማይ ሚኒስተር ግብጺ፣ ሙስጠፋ ማድቡለይ፣ ሚኒስተር ጉዳያት ወጻኢ ቀጠር፣ መሓመድ ቢን ዓብደልራሕማን ኣልታኒ፣ ሚኒስተራት ስዑዲ ዓረብን ሕቡራት ኢማራትን፣ ወከልቲ ሕብረት ኤውሮጳ፣ ሕብረት ኣፍሪቃን ካልኦትን ‘ዮም።
ኣብ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ እትርከብን ጎረቤት ሱዳን ዝኾነትን፣ ኤርትራ፣ ኣብዚ ስምምዕ ናይ ምኽታም ኣጋጣሚ ኣይተረኽበን።
ኤርትራ፣ ኣብዚ፣ መሰጋገሪ መንግስቲ ሱዳንን ሓያሎ ተቓወምቲ ወገናትን ዝኸተምዎ ኣገዳሲ ስምምዕ፣ ዘይተሳተፈትሉ ምኽንያት ኣይተነጸረን።
ፕረዚደንት ሶማል መሓመድ ዓብዱላሂ ፋርማጆ፣ ኣብዚ ኣብ ጁባ ዝተኸየደ ምኽታም ስምምዕ ሰላም ሱዳን ድሕሪ ምስታፉ፣ ሎሚ 4 ጥቅምቲ ናብ ኣስመራ ኣትዩ ኣሎ።

-Do you think mediating south Sudan and Sudan as a big deal?
-Do you think that mediating Gavernments that consider fighting as mandatory as eating food is a big deal?
-DO to you think that mediating Gavernments who start fighting before washing their faces is a big deal?
Let me tell you the reallity
South Sudan is a country that could be symbol of lawlesness with a paralyzed tribal Government and if you think that there is a government in south Sudan you must be salvaker’s small brother.
And if we come to Sudan I think we all agree that there is no government indeed.becouse the government in Sudan can’t save it’s own people, we can state some of the proble in Sudan that can’t controlled by the government of G.Hamdan,the south kordofan and eastern Sudan fighting between the two tribesand so and so.
So what is miracle here if our country is absent from this kind of false peace agreement as a mediator or as member of the east African governments for Development(EGAD) tell me what is new here?what is the big deal?
