One of Eritrea’s cycling clubs – Eri-Tel is representing Eritrea in the Tour Taihu Lake 2017, which is taking place in China between the 10th and 17th of October.
Eri-Tel, which has 6 (six) members – Michael Habtom, Million Amanuel, Zemenfes Solomon, Sirak Tesfamariam, Daniel Hailemichael, and last year’s Eritrean champion cyclist – Meron Abraham, is led by a former cyclist with the Red Sea club – Aklilu Haile.
Eritrea has scored an international recognition in the cycling arena.
There are 22 clubs from various parts of the world who are participating in this year’s Tour Taihu Lake.
